Case Study: How a Mediterranean Rental House Stopped Losing Its Night Inquiries

August 8, 2026 · 4 min read

The house

A family-run rental house on the Mediterranean coast, serving visitors from across Europe. They had a process that worked perfectly during the day: every client completed a thirteen-point booking form — dates, pickup and return, driver age, licence years, licence photograph, flight number, party size, luggage, child seat, and car — with notes on the three-day minimum, morning delivery, and the deposit.

The difficulty

The process worked only while someone was awake to receive it. Visitors land late at night, write at 11pm or 1am, and by morning have reserved with whichever house answered first. The house was losing the very clients who had already done their research.

The remedy

We placed a 24-hour reservation link with the house. When a client writes at midnight, the link responds at once — receives the same thirteen questions the house asks in person, one by one, and delivers the completed reservation with the client's name and number.

The client is not waiting until morning. The house wakes to a ready-to-confirm reservation, not a missed message.

The result

The after-hours gap closed. The same thirteen-question process now runs naturally, in the client's language, with every answer captured. The house\'s deposit terms, minimum days and delivery hours are all received in the conversation — so the client understands the terms before they reserve.

The lesson

You need not change how you run your house. You need the part of it that works while you sleep to run itself. The link is yours to try for a week — no card, no commitment.
